A few weeks ago we asked you to design a papercraft face mask for the chance to win a £10 PlayStation Network voucher and one of four Tearaway key rings. I’ve really enjoyed watching the entries steadily drop into our inbox but the contest officially closed last night and now it’s time to announce the results.
I’ve been agonising over choosing the winning entry all day, but I’ve finally made my decision. The winner of a PSN voucher and one of the keyrings is Tigerss with this amazing creation:
The crown alone would have been incredibly impressive but the fact that you also created a full Jack Skellington mask and neck… thing… is what really pushed your entry to the top spot. Well done, Tigerss!
And now for a…
Shocking Plot Twist!
Choosing just three more entries to receive one of these awesome iota keyrings was really difficult. Too difficult as it turns out… so I gave up!
I rooted around behind the sofa here at Rocket Cheetah HQ and managed to dig out four extra key rings! That means everyone who submitted a valid entry is getting one of these adorable little chaps as a thank-you for all the effort you put in. I really wasn’t expecting to see so many wonderfully original and brilliantly crafted designs.
We will be emailing all of you very soon to get your shipping details. Make sure you keep an eye on your spam folder too because an email saying “CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve won something!” is likely to attract the attention of spam filters.
Once again, thank you to everyone who entered and a special thanks to James Spafford from Media Molecule for providing the key rings. Check out all our other Tearaway coverage for loads more papery shenanegins.
